Spaghetti aglio, olio and pepperoncino

Ingredients:

  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 2 chili peppers
  • 8 garlic cloves olive oil fresh flat parsley leaf
  • Parmesan
  • salt

 

Cooking method:

  • Boil pasta according to package instructions.
  • Cut the chili pepper, and remove the seeds.
  • Fry chopped garlic in olive oil until golden brown;
  • Add chili pepper and 5 tablespoons of water for pasta.
  • Add cooked pasta; Season with salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • Serve with parmesan.
